I Planned to Write Something Funny...
Sadly, my thoughts are temporarily sidelined by an eight year old with the crud. My generally amicable child, who lives in Sunshineland while emulating Avril Lavigne, is now grouchy and feverish and full of tantrums.
As a result, I will take the time to catch you up on a few generic things:
1. I AM, in fact, dying. However, I am pleased to announce that said dying is at the same pace as the rest of you. My kidneys and liver are still functioning at Normal Status and my cholesterol/white cells/blood pressure are all excellent. Humira stays indefinitely.
2. In spite of major hits to the housing industry, I am still currently employed. That is, for now, still a very good thing.
3. Weight loss continues. I am at almost a thirty pound loss since last year at this time. I have yet to decide what the 'bottom number' will be. It has been years since I have been my current weight, so time and mood may vary. I'll probably have to visit a doctor to find out what I should actually weigh.

I hope Nooze feels better soon - my littlest one had the throw up bug a couple of weeks ago. And, WTG on that weight loss - you are doing GREAT!
Good luck with your Humira! My German brother has psoriatic arthritis, my aunt and a close friend have rheumatoid arthritis. I know my aunt and my friend are both on Enbrel, but not sure about my German bro.
WTG on your weight loss! Just keep imagining yourself where you want to be. You'll get there!
Other than the crud, that all sounds lovely! Congrats again on the weight loss, and the not dying at an accelerated rate!

This all sounds very good, with the exception of your little one, who still actually sounds cute.
Isn't The Crud one of those once-hip emo bands that's turned into a moopy parody of itself?
Anyway, I hope she gets over it soon.

Good news about you, Renn, but I hope the Nooze will get better quickly and back to her Avril self.
