Catching Up
Since I have again been sporadic about posting, please allow me to present a quick list of items to catch you up:
1. I am still working on Ye Olde Screenplay. It isn't going as quickly as I would like, as Research is taking up much of my time.
2. Thanks to said need to Research, I am planning to order my own copy of the Tibetan Book of the Dead. Chachi is mildly concerned about my 'new' fascination, so I am attempting to complete some of this during my lunch hour. My co-workers are now concerned as well. I'm kind of okay with that one.
3. I had my six month review with Dr. Yup-Yup last week. While he is impressed with my overall progress, he has a near fatherly concern about my vitamin levels and whether or not my cholesterol is high. I shall endure more bloodletting next week to alleviate his concerns. I adore this man, and am VERY glad that he is my doctor.
4. The medication that I am currently taking for my Old Lady Back Spasms is causing me to overheat. I do not mean this in an attractive, alluring way. I mean that I feel like I have been thrown into a microwave and am cooking from the inside out. I am not sick, and have no temperature or other symptoms. I am just overheating.
5. I am somewhat concerned that #4 isn't the medication, but merely the new Humor that is my life. I am on the verge of driving north and diving into a snow bank. Don't say it, y'all. I know. I just don't want to type (or read) the word.
On that note, it's time to head back to the research. Next up: Funeral Pyres.

If I can find my old copy of that book, you are welcome to it. I may have sold it at a garage sale, but I can't remember.
I recommend keeping a hand fan nearby for when the heating up spells become intolerable. Worked for me!
I may need to find out who your doc is, if you like him that much.
My inner fires usually start up in the early evenings. Sometimes, I end up in short shorts, just for comfort. I'm in it with ya, sistah!
fun, ain't it?
Agh, some of my meds make me sleep hot. It's fun to wake up on wet sheets!
Let's just say, I can relate - and I think you have seen the effects of being "hot stuff". lol! Hope that goes away reeeal soon. :) -KDS
I think I'll like this story of yours based on your research materials. ;-)
Since I've been rather sporadic at visiting I hadn't really noticed you'd been rather sporadic at posting.
I'm with Ron. Based on the research materials, it sounds like a fascinating story to me.
'Fraid I can't empathize with the ... overheating, nothing in my experience to equate it to other than a high grade fever. And since it would be totally inapproproate for me to say "You're just hot in general" I think I better Gump it.
Hope it all gets better soon.
