She Said it was a Compliment...
One of the reps at work was congratulating me on my weight loss today, in front of my co-workers. As I thanked her for noticing, she completed her 'congratulations' with the following:
"Look at her, girls! Don't she just put the 'ho' in HOT?!"
As I snickered in disbelief, she continued:
"And since her clothes are all too big, we need to take her out shopping for some skanky clothes and stripper shoes!"
I've been thinking about changing career paths, but this is NOT what I had in mind.

I don't know.....Strippers make the kind of bank guys in the private sector do, without the student loans. Think of it as a one woman nudity stimulus package.

Also, be a little careful. There is a girl at work, works in a different department and so far as I know no-one knows her name, but well nod knowingly when we go "oh you know "ms. stripper shoes".. for serious, she just needs the "clear heels" to complete her collection.

That's great about the weight loss! If I thought there was a market for a slightly overweight, forty something chick who's always tired, I'd consider turning tricks right now. I'm hating my job and the requests for money seem to be on the upswing.

I am hoping that in the next 2-3 months - someone will notice weight loss on me. Of course, I have to actually try to lose it before that can happen!! Fat chance.
Nobody loses weight...they just donate to others. So thanks for the donation. Hmmm...a new career path may not be all bad. Just saying....
